The processing of personal data collected from the Site is carried out in accordance with the amended law of January 6, 1978 ("Data Protection Act") as well as the General Data Protection Regulation No. 679/2016 ("GDPR").

Personal data collected by MADDYNESS when using the website www.maddyness.com (the "Site") by any internet user (the "User") is strictly necessary for the purposes sought by MADDYNESS and described below.

Purposes of collecting and processing personal data by MADDYNESS

Personal data may be collected when the User:

  • browses the Site,
  • registers for events organized by MADDYNESS and/or newsletters,
  • submits an application for a job offer, internship, or applies spontaneously.

Thus, User's personal data is processed only for the following purposes:

  • managing registrations for events organized by MADDYNESS and/or newsletters,
  • managing applications for job offers, internships, or spontaneous applications.

Retention of your personal data The aforementioned personal data is retained only for the duration necessary for the purposes for which it is collected and processed, in accordance with applicable law.

Definition

Consent - removal and management of cookies Users have several options for deleting cookies.

Reporting Illegal Content In accordance with Article 6-I-7 of Law No. 2004-575 of June 21, 2004, known as the "LCEN," Maddyness allows Internet users to report any content that may constitute offenses referred to in the fifth, seventh, and eighth paragraphs of Article 24 of the Law of July 29, 1881 on freedom of the press and Articles 222-33, 225-4-1, 225-5, 225-6, 227-23, and 227-24 and 421-2-5 of the Penal Code (including the apology for crimes against humanity, incitement to the commission of terrorist acts and their apology, or incitement to racial hatred).

To report obviously illegal content on the website www.maddyness.com, the Internet user must send an email to the email address [email protected] (or other), or by post to the attention of Maddyness, 14 rue Favart, 75002 Paris.

Maddyness reminds in this regard that the LCEN, in its Article 6-I-4, punishes any abuse of reporting with a penalty of one year imprisonment and a fine of €15,000.
